Art has an essential aesthetic role in the garden. Sculpture
placement in a garden setting is challenging and exciting
and should enhance appreciation of both the art and the garden.
Painting is a fertile source for design inspiration in landscape
architecture. Works of art from many eras and styles suggest
paving, pathways, bridges, and broad fields of color for the
garden. Learn Mr van Swedens design techniques to create
a landscape where the functionality of the garden and the
aesthetic elements combine so completely that it is hard to
imagine one without the other.
