Hold Your Event in a Garden Setting
Limited space is still available in 2004! During 2005 the
Toronto Botanical Garden will be under renovation and we will not
be booking social events including wedding receptions, during that
time. We will have evening and weekend space available for business
meetings and horticultural events. Our facilities will fully reopen
for all events including social events in 2006 so please call
if you would like to inquire about 2006 availability. For more information

Project section of our website.
The Toronto Botanical
Garden at Edwards Gardens is set amid lush gardens and splendid
surroundings. We offer a variety of reception halls and meeting
rooms that are ideal for events such as wedding receptions, business
meetings, fundraising events or birthday parties. With the caterer
and cuisine of your choice, the Toronto Botanical Garden is the
perfect venue for any event.

Floral Hall
The Dunington Grubb Floral
Hall, (3,400 square feet) is the Centre's main hall .
The interior of pale oak woodwork and brown floor tile, grey cut
stone and white walls provide a blank canvas which is complemented
by any décor style.
The Floral Hall opens
through double glass doors to a garden patio, just steps from the
gentle rustle of nature. A screen, stage, sound system and many
lighting options and convenient loading/receiving area accompany
this unique and elegant space.
Our full kitchen
facilities are available for refrigerating, preparing, heating
and
serving food.

Garden Hall Auditorium
Weekend space still available for

The Garden
Hall Auditorium ( 1,590 square feet) allows for smaller, more intimate
functions. With a foyer, private patio and separate gated entrance
across from
Edwards Gardens, the
Garden Hall Auditorium has a décor that can adapt to either
formal or informal events.
A screen, sound system
and lighting are all available, along with full kitchen facilities
and private washrooms.

Studios
A combined
area of 1,735 square feet, the Studios consist of t hree
small meeting rooms that open up into one large room. They are located
in the upper mezzanine of the building.
All Studio Rooms have
separate entrances as well as a kitchen suitable for refrigerating,
preparing and serving food. Arrangements can be made for heating
food as well.

Administration Foyer

The
Administration Foyer is a bright and spacious room which is perfect
for smaller functions. The Foyer has a domed glass ceiling and oak
floors ; the presence of a lush variety of plants adds a sense of
joy to the space. With access to the gardens and full kitchen facilities,
this space is perfect for functions such as birthday parties and
wedding ceremonies.

Weddings
The Toronto Botanical
Garden is the perfect venue for a wedding reception. Our banquet
halls can accommodate from 30 people to 240 people.
Our facilities offer
the ability to decorate in any style as our rooms consist of very
neutral, classic décor. Your fee includes the provision of
the requisite number of tables and chairs and a security guard.
The Floral Hall and
the Garden Hall Auditorium are the perfect rooms for larger wedding
receptions, whereas the Administration Foyer and the Studios offer
a more intimate ambience.
